Talissa AI

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 24, 2026 · Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Talissa AI (“the Service”) is operated by Strava Ltd, a private limited company registered in Cyprus under number HE 453118, with its registered office at 11 Zinonos Sozou Street, Office 303, 1075 Nicosia, Cyprus (“we”, “us”). Contact: contact@talissa.ai.

2. What the Service is

Talissa AI is a messaging co-pilot for content creators and the agencies that manage them. It drafts replies to fans in the creator's voice and languages, keeps a memory of each fan, organises the creator's paid content catalogue, and prepares paid messages. It works today with OnlyFans and Fanvue (“Platforms”): Fanvue through its official API, OnlyFans through the creator's own browser running on our servers (section 7).

You use it from the web application at talissa.ai and from the chatter console, a desktop application for macOS and Windows (section 9). By default, every message is approved by a person before it is sent. Sending on the creator's behalf exists only if someone switches it on for that creator; selling on their behalf also requires the Autonomy plan (section 8).

Talissa AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a partner of any Platform. The Platforms' own terms apply to your accounts there.

3. Eligibility and accounts

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules, with notice where the law requires it.

5. Your content and your data

Your persona, your catalogue and your conversations remain yours. We do not keep your photos or videos: files you upload to build a paid bundle only pass through our servers on their way to your own Platform vault, and are deleted right after. Fan messages and the drafts written in reply are processed on our servers, in the European Union, by language models we run ourselves; no third-party AI provider receives them.

For fan data, you (or your agency) are the data controller and we act as processor on your instructions, under the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Human review and your responsibility

Drafts are suggestions. You decide what is sent, at what price, and to whom. A mass message (one message to whole OnlyFans lists) is never automatic: a person picks the lists, the content and the price, and confirms it before it is sent. Some messages never get a draft and always wait for a person: fans in distress, legal matters, anything suggesting a minor, requests to meet or to pay off-platform, complaints, and approaches from agencies or talent scouts. You are responsible for every message sent from your accounts, including messages prepared or sent with the Service, and for complying with the Platforms' rules on pricing, content and promotion.

7. OnlyFans: your server browser and your dedicated IP

OnlyFans has no public API. When you connect it, the Service runs a browser that belongs to that creator alone, on our servers, and reaches OnlyFans through a dedicated IP address that is never shared with another account. The creator signs in themselves, typing their password and any code into OnlyFans' own page: neither we nor their agency see or store them. That browser reads their inbox and sends the messages that were approved, inside the active hours they set, with a human-like delay.

8. Sending on your behalf (Autonomy)

Replies can go out without review, within limits you set: welcomes, small talk, re-engagement and a check-in after a purchase on every plan, and selling — sending a paid bundle a fan asked for — with the Autonomy plan. Sending on a creator's behalf is off by default and applies only where someone with the right to configure the creator switched it on for them; selling also requires that the account includes the Autonomy plan (or is in its free trial).

9. The chatter console

The chatter console is a desktop application for macOS and Windows, signed by Strava Ltd, that your team signs in to with their Talissa AI accounts. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use it for the Service while your account is active. It updates itself from talissa.ai, keeps only display preferences on the computer, and sends decisions to our servers; nothing about fans is stored on the computer.

10. Plans, trial and payment

11. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available and improve it continuously, but we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Platforms change their interfaces without notice; features that depend on them may stop working until we adapt. We may modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim arising from it is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, or for actions taken by a Platform against your account, including actions taken because the account was used through a server browser or with Autonomy switched on. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the Account tab or by writing to us. We may terminate these Terms for breach, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason. On termination we delete your data within 30 days, release the dedicated IPs and remove the server browsers, except what we must keep by law (invoices, security logs).

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably goes before the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rules where they apply.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will email account holders at least 15 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new Terms.
